Recently, after receiving a vehicle to donate, CBA Ocotillo gave their time, talent and expertise to ensure it was safe and reliable on the road. Once it was ready, they began praying about who should receive it. As they sought God’s direction, one organization kept coming to mind: Teen Challenge Home of Hope.

When the team reached out to the home’s director, they discovered one of the ministry’s staff members, Jewells, had been faithfully praying for reliable transportation. A graduate of Home of Hope herself, Jewells chose to remain after completing the program, first serving as an intern before joining the staff. Today, she dedicates her life to serving the women and children who find refuge and healing through the ministry.

The director shared that she and Jewells had been praying specifically for a vehicle and believed God had already promised to provide one. The call from the Ocotillo team was the answer they had been waiting for.

Two Moms. Two Families. One Incredible God.

Today, we had the incredible blessing of gifting two single mothers, Hana and Courtney, with reliable vehicles through a beautiful partnership between Helping Hands for Single Moms, Matthew 2239, Christian Brothers Automotive at McQueen, our generous vendors who donated parts, and the skilled technicians who gave their time and talent to make these cars road-ready.

But this blessing reaches far beyond just Hana and Courtney—their children are being blessed too. These vehicles will provide safe transportation to school, daycare, work, and so much more. It’s about giving these families a chance to thrive with dignity, freedom, and support.

This event was extra special—our first time blessing two families at once, and right in time for Mother’s Day. Even more inspiring, one of these amazing moms will be graduating from her social worker program this Friday. What a way to celebrate God’s perfect timing and His never-ending faithfulness.

We give ALL the glory to God. He provided every detail: from the donor vehicles, to the recipients, to each hand that said “yes” to being part of His work. God answers prayers—not always on our timeline, but always in His perfect way.

To anyone reading this: keep doing good, stay faithful, and never lose hope. God sees your heart, your struggles, and your prayers.

“And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.” – Galatians 6:9

Thank you to every person and partner involved. Today, we witnessed a true miracle of love, kindness, and community—and the power of what happens when we live out God’s call to love one another.

At Christian Brothers Automotive, we are grateful to God for the opportunity to serve our community. With the support of Matthew2239.net, our vendors, and our team, we are blessed to provide essential repairs to a Kia Sportage for Ron, Sarah , and their four children, including their newborn.
This giveaway is a testament to God’s provision and grace. We give glory to Him for bringing us together to bless this deserving family and help them get back on the road. Thank you to everyone involved, and may God continue to bless Ron, Sarah and their kids and all who support our mission. Special thanks to Joy for leading Ron and Sara to us.
