Privitt's Garage and Wrecker Service was started by Earl Privitt in 1968. Prior to his retirement in 2013, his son, Rickey, took over the wrecker portion of the business in 2008. We now have 5 drivers, 2 rollback wreckers, a semi wrecker, and a day cab semi with a landoll. We offer 24hr towing and lockouts and other service needs.

From the bottom of our hearts, please everyone be safe this week and weekend. If you find yourself stuck or in a bad situation please remember to get in a safe place if you’re on the side of a busy road. You do not want to be a sitting duck and possibly trapped in your vehicle if you’re hit by someone else. Please feel free to reach out to us as we will be available for any heavy or small duty winch outs/tows. We can handle any situation big or small. We ask that you put your trust in the ones who make a living doing this to prevent any extra damages to your vehicle. Please keep us in mind during the impending weather. It’s been a busy last 5 days for everyone at Privitt’s. Pump truck in Mississippi, wrecked truck in Fort Wayne, Indiana, undecked a new furnace for the land field in Milan and C2 is currently back in Indianapolis picking up a dump truck!
