We’re a locally owned automotive shop looking for a reliable, organized Office Manager to keep our front office running smoothly and provide great customer service.
Responsibilities include:
• Answering phones & scheduling appointments
• Invoicing, billing, and payments
• Customer service & record keeping
• Coordinating with technicians
• Assist with Parts Ordering
• Basic bookkeeping & admin tasks

What we’re looking for:
• Office or admin experience (Automotive experience a plus)
• Strong organization & communication skills
• Comfortable with computers
• Dependable and customer-focused

Mechanic: 2 years professional experience desired but willing to train the right candidate. Must be ready to work in a fast paced shop that services all makes and models. Familiarity with diesel vehicles and/or truck experience is desired. Welding and fabrication experience is a plus. Must have own tools.

Looking for an auto body and paint tech. Must have experience with metal work and restorations as well as minor collision repair. Will be responsible for managing body shop operations.
