Responsibilities include:
β’ Answering phones & scheduling appointments
β’ Invoicing, billing, and payments
β’ Customer service & record keeping
β’ Coordinating with technicians
β’ Assist with Parts Ordering
β’ Basic bookkeeping & admin tasks
What weβre looking for:
β’ Office or admin experience (Automotive experience a plus)
β’ Strong organization & communication skills
β’ Comfortable with computers
β’ Dependable and customer-focused
