**We Are Making Progress, But There Is Still Work to Be Done! **

The numbers are encouraging! We are beginning to see improvements in traffic safety across Shelby County. While we celebrate this progress, we must also recognize that we still have a long way to go.

I believe in our communities, our families, our young people, and our ability to create meaningful change when we work together.

At Caswell Group Driving School, our mission has always been bigger than teaching someone how to drive. It's about saving lives, educating drivers, strengthening families, and making our roads safer for everyone.

I firmly believe that if we all do our part—parents, educators, law enforcement, community leaders, elected officials, and drivers—we WILL see change!**

Every life matters. Every decision behind the wheel matters. And every effort toward safer roads makes a difference.

We may not be where we want to be, but progress reminds us that change is possible.

I believe in Memphis. I believe in our future. And I believe that TOGETHER, we can make our roads safer, one driver at a time!**

WE NEED DRIVER EDUCATION BACK IN SCHOOLS. Until then, register for one of our upcoming classes.

I absolutely love this beautiful moment that Imstructor Myra Bostick captured! ❤️

I embrace so many of my students with hugs, words of encouragement, and genuine love, but those moments are rarely captured on camera. I had no idea Myra was taking this picture, which makes it even more special.

I constantly remind my students how proud I am of them. What they may not realize is that I also spend time on my face before God, praying for their protection, their future, and their success.

These are my babies, and I mean that wholeheartedly! ❤️

Yes, I hold them to high standards. I challenge them, correct them, and push them to do their very best. But everything I do comes from a place of love and a deep commitment to preparing them to navigate these Memphis roads safely and confidently.

What this young lady didn't know was that, as I embraced her, I was silently pleading the blood of Jesus over her life, asking God to cover, protect, and guide her every time she gets behind the wheel.

For me, this is more than teaching students how to drive. It is a ministry of love, service, and purpose.

Lord, cover every student who comes through our doors. Protect them from dangers seen and unseen, and bring them safely to every destination.
