West Memphis, Arkansas | Independent Family-Owned Repair Shop
We’re looking for an experienced Tractor-Trailer Mechanic to join our team at a busy, independent, family-owned repair shop in West Memphis, AR.
We’re not a dealership or a big corporate shop. We’re a locally owned operation looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to work, and wants to be part of a solid team.
What You’ll Be Doing
● Diagnose and repair Class 8 tractors and trailers
● Air brake and ABS repairs
● Suspension and steering repairs
● Electrical troubleshooting and repair
● Preventive maintenance and DOT inspection-related repairs
● Engine and drivetrain repairs based on experience
● Trailer repairs and general mechanical work
What We’re Looking For
● Previous heavy-duty truck/trailer repair experience preferred
● Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
● Dependable and able to work independently
● Must take pride in doing the job correctly
● Must have your own basic hand tools
● Valid driver’s license
● Welding/fabrication experience is a plus
● CDL is a plus, but not required
