RETURN/EXCHANGE: Return/Exchange, Hartmann racing and development will accept items purchased (in our shop tab on page) from us, that are sell-able as new (not modified/used etc), for return or exchange within a period of 14 days from the date of the sale (must include original packaging and buyer pays shipping), except for special orders, and all one off custom built parts. Other exclusions may a
pply. We do not refund shipping or handling charges. After 14 days, we will accept only defective parts for repair or exchange at our discretion. NO WARRANTIES: Hartmann Racing and Development Hereby states, There is no warranty stated or implied due to the unusual stress's placed on Aftermarket, Performance, and Tractor pulling parts or any other organizations related parts and we have no control over how they are installed and used. as to the quality or suitability of this product for any use, is hereby made by Hartmann racing and Development. The buyer assumes all risk and liability resulting from the use of the goods modified and installed by them. Seller neither assumes nor authorizes any person to
assume for seller any other liability in connection with the sale or use of the goods sold, and there are no oral agreements or warranties collateral to or effecting the disclaimer or warranty. Included in said disclaimer is service of or re-modifying performed by Hartmann Racing and development on any product. NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES: In no event will Hartmann Racing and Development, Be liable for any special, direct, incidental or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, the loss of life or limb, or damages due to bodily or personal injury, which may arise or result from the sale, installation, or use of any of its products and parts. BUYER’S/USER’S RESPONSIBILITIES: It is the BUYER’S/ End user's responsibility to inspect and verify the dimensions, specifications, and performance of all products and parts as being appropriate for the use the BUYER/user will USE them prior to any actual installation and/or use of said products and parts. ALL products and parts are to be inspected by the user before each use for evidence of damage, defect or wear. Any deviation by the user from the manufacturer's specifications concerning use, maintenance, repair, alterations and modifications constitutes willful negligence. SAFETY CLAIMS: No warranty or representation is made as to this product’s ability to protect the user from injury or death. the BUYER/ end user IS responsible for HIS/HER own actions and decisions. No product can completely protect the user from injury or death. SALES TAX: Missouri residents will pay the 5.6% sales tax (Gasconade is 5.6%) on any sales that occur in the state of Missouri. If parts are for resale, a sales tax number should be provided.
