Home delivery and factory tours are always an exciting part of the homeownership process but this one was very special and is a testament to what we are dedicated to at NPC HOMES !

We have partnered with Non-profit Community Catalyst based in El Dorado County to provide a pilot program called The California Housing and Equity Accelerator program. This program is pivotal in incentivizing the development of land using manufactured housing and factory built housing to create instant equity for families in rural communities of California! The program is not income capped and we are providing all homes for participants of this program incentive costs of the homes from Skyline Homes and Champion Homes !

Our corporate partners at these factories are lowering the cost of production just for this hopeful pilot program to address California's housing shortage. W are honored to be able to work with our community based charitable organization whom are providing the technical assistance of the program.
