We want to thank all our customers for a busy 2025. We are truly blessed with a great community and customers.

Not to age myself, but i have worked at the shop for decades and 2025 had a fact I never predicted! The epic ice storm created more vehicle damage jobs for us than the combination of accident and deer hit jobs within the year. 😳
That business fact combined with meeting so many good people is the only positive thing I can say about the ice storm of 2025.

Speaking of those amazing people, I have to highlight one customer in particular. Mr. Mead is one of those customers that reminds us why we like going to work! His business is a small part of our appreciation for him. His spectacular personality is the largest part of our gratitude.

In 2026 The Totten’s Team looks forward to meeting more incredible customers.
