🚨 Another company advertising hot tub repair here in the Gatlinburg area went out to a customer's cabin and used the incorrect parts to fix two leaking heater union seals. They used about $20-30 in flex tape!

Talk about using a band aid for a repair... just horrible.

Be careful who you hire here in the Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville area as incorrect repairs like this are a waste of time & money for any cabin owner and often times as in this case are more expensive to repair.

🚨 Warning to All Great Smoky Mountains Cabin Owners & Rental Property Managers!

We just serviced another Dream Maker Spa today… and it was exactly what we’ve come to expect from these tubs.

This is a basic plastic made in Mexico foam-injected plastic tub with Chinese motor/pump — nothing more.

Cheaply made from the start. But the installation? An absolute disaster. Take a look at the video attached.

The wiring is a dangerous hodge-podge of sloppy connections, missing breakers, and work that would never pass a simple fire department or building inspector check.

Your hot tub is the biggest investment and #1 amenity on your overnight rental cabin. It deserves to be installed perfectly — safe, clean, and professional — not left as a fire hazard or liability for your guests.

Unfortunately, too many local hot tub dealers here in Gatlinburg and the Smokies are pushing these low-quality foam tubs while claiming to be “experts.”

They hire cheap, inexperienced help and leave property owners with expensive messes.
At Aqua Flow Spas & Repair, Inc. we spend a lot of our time cleaning up exactly these kinds of disasters from other companies.
