Front suspension and brakes buttoned up on the thing as well.

Everything all cleaned up a bit.
All new brakes, shoes cylinders, hoses etc...
Turned brake drums.
Wheel bearings and seals.
New Balljoints.
New shocks.
New tie rod ends and silly painted tubes.
New steering coupler.

Haven't done much exciting to the thing, BUT the pedal assembly is ready to go back in.

All torn apart, cleaned up and painted.
Clutch hook repaired and greased.
ClassicBugParts throttle pedal kit.

- 4" Narrowed Balljoint, torsions, tie rods and some hardware for Joe in Virginia.

- 4" Narrowed Linkpin & a 4" Narrowed Balljoint, both with torsions and tie rods for Matt in North Carolina.

- 3" Narrowed Balljoint type 1 into type 3 conversion beam with torsions and tie rods for John in Florida.

Spent way too long on my head repairing the beam in this thing. I've got tons of good beetle beams, so I sacrificed one.

Yes, it would have been much easier out of the car, but as crunchy as it is, the beam bolts did not feel great...so, I did it the hard way.

Anyhow, its one piece again.

Not perfect, but good enough for laying on your head all day fixing it.

Press some new Balljoints in the arms and it can go back together!

Boxing up a few!

- 4" Linkpin, torsions, tie rods, skidplate, damper, coupler and hardware for Dustin in Oklahoma.

- 2" dropped and 1" narrowed IRS arms for George in Tennessee.

- 5" Balljoint, torsions, tie rods, coupler, damper and hardware for Mario in Florida.

- 4" Balljoint, tie rod tubes and dropped disc spindles for Orman in Maryland.

- 4" Linkpin, tie rod tubes, hardware, coupler and damper for Bruce in Ohio.

- 8" Balljoint & tie rods with ends for Jeff in Florida.

- Refinished arms with new Febi balljoints for Tommy, who's local.
