The painted pumpkin contest at Little T's Mini Golf & More has started! Yall paint a pumpkin and take it up there. If you're not wanting to paint one then at least go vote for your favorite (hopefully ours😉). I believe it's $1 per vote of $5 for 10 votes. It's for such a good cause, all proceeds from voting go to The CALL! While you're there play some mini golf, grab some good food, and don't forget to get some ice cream!

I know we have been slacking on posting about builds and repair jobs! But we have just been covered up which is a good problem to have that's for sure!! We appreciate all our customers more than you guys know, plus all the people that refer people to us it wouldn't be possible without you guys. So from the team here at Marine Solutions LLC we appreciate each and every one of you! From our repair customers, commercial accounts and all our dealers! But here's a couple different jobs from the past couple weeks. We had a Ranger trailer come in with a torsion axle broke in half and the other one about to break. So we put two new axles under and installed all the torsion arms and hubs with all grade 8 bolts instead of the grade 5 it had before. Another job was a older Champion trailer that lost a wheel bearing and messed up the spindle on the torsion arm. Plus messed up the fender and bent the rear step some. So we put two new 5200lb torsion arms on with new rotors and brake calipers. Then we cut the old fenders off and welded a new one on and got it all painted plus pin striped. We were able to just straighten the step out instead of replacing it which was a plus for the customer. We also put a new floor in this utility trailer with all treated 2x8 boards and packed the wheel bearings while we were at it.

Man I have been slacking on making a post we have been so busy just haven't had time to. We had several trailers towed in before the holiday weekend and had to get them fixed up before they had to go back home and so they could enjoy the 4th on the water! But here's a big ski boat trailer that we replaced both torsion axles and all new torsion arms. Also with all new vault hubs and brake calipers! Then we had a Ranger come in wearing tires really bad. Turned out that it needed both torsion axles replaced as well because the rubber inside the axle tube was completely whiped out. So we ended swapping them out and put all new vault hubs with torsion arms and grade 8 bolts.

I'll get back on top of making more post to show everyone what we are up to! Also super glad we were able to get everyone that got towed in the end of last week and weekend fixed up and back on the road and water to enjoy their holiday/vacation!! Boy oh boy we have been just covered up at the shop! Between new builds and repair jobs haven't had time to post anything really. But here's a couple jobs from the last couple weeks. The first one is this trailer for a older Crestliner boat. Customer brought it in to get the brakes working and to take all the adjustable brackets off and weld fitted brackets in place of them. He also wanted to get rid of the plastic fenders and change the axles from top mount to underslung. So we took off the bolt on steps that the hangers were welded and put all new hangers on the frame. Then put tandem metal fenders on with new steps as well.

Another job for a customer out of Saint Louis was to add some load guides to his trailer. Because he was having a hard time loading his boat straight on the trailer at times. Definitely in the low water we have had here lately and sometimes would hit the fenders. So we added some angle iron to each side and put 4ft bunk from the back to the fenders so it would solve both his problems at the same time!!

We have several other jobs going on right now and some builds so as they get done we will be posting them to share as well.

We are closing a hour early today and will be closed tomorrow as well. We will be at the Topwater owners tournament hope to see all the Topwater owners there and introduce our self's. Also show off the new home of the Topwater trailer and let everyone know we are here to be the the solution to all their trailer needs!!
