🔥 NOW HIRING – PERFORMANCE TECHNICIAN 🔥
HPP Racing is looking for an experienced technician who lives and breathes performance. If you have a strong background working on American muscle and performance vehicles, we want to talk to you.
💼 Position: Performance Technician
What we’re looking for:
• Experience working on high-performance Ford vehicles (primary focus)
• Experience with Chevrolet and Dodge performance platforms
• Ability to diagnose, repair, and install performance upgrades
• Engine, suspension, drivetrain, and forced induction experience is a plus
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What you’ll be doing:
• Performance upgrades and modifications
• Diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Engine and drivetrain repairs
• Suspension and chassis work
• Preparing vehicles for dyno tuning
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
⚠️ A few things to know:
• You need thick skin — it’s a race shop, we work hard and have fun doing it
• Performance industry experience is highly preferred
• Passion for motorsports is a huge plus
💰 Pay based on experience, skill level, and productivity.
🔧 ALSO HIRING – SHOP ASSISTANT 🔧
Responsibilities include:
• Cleaning and organizing the shop
• Assisting technicians
• Receiving and organizing parts
• Strapping vehicles on the dyno
• Moving vehicles around the shop
• General shop maintenance and support
