Shooting for 4 digits next season. 😈 Was a fun build and happy I got the chance to do it. Built nearly the entire drivetrain on this truck. Everything came together and worked how I had planned. Super responsive street truck. Barely any lag or smoke 900hp. This was the kind of work I strived for when starting the business. Glad I was able to showcase my abilities. Have another build in the works to create an “ultimate tow rig” for another good customer next year. Feel free to hit me up to plan your next build!

The 6.4 project made it to the dyno. Put down basically what I was expecting and hoping for. Super happy with the results and still running like a top. Peak power at 931hp/1836ftlbs. After some heat soak and loading it higher in RPM range made roughly 900 consistently. Ended at 908 with a tuning revision. The one 862hp run was with a lower fuel tune file which was also impressive. Now it’s time to break the 4 figure barrier with some more fuel.

Been a long time consuming project but can finally make a post. Full 6.4 engine build in house with Kill Devil Diesel 6.7 steel piston kit, Icon aluminum heads w/ their stage 2 cam. Dual K16’s with 60% nozzles. KC Turbos Stage 2 75mm low pressure turbo over a 58mm high pressure. Odawgs Diesel intake manifold port matched in house to the Icon heads with KDDs billet gaskets. All stainless work done by Point Zero Fab. Powdercoating done by New England Industrial Coatings. Transmission was also an in house build by me a few years ago.

Was a fun build that allowed me freedom to spend the time for the small details and create a powerful yet great street driving truck. Was happy to see my vision for it come to fruition. Need to keep these 6.4’s alive!

In house built trans install, billet flexplate, and DPC converter. Also an upper oil pan reseal, S&B 60 gallon replacement tank, and new 304SS exhaust for a great repeat customer on his 2019 F350.

A little before and after on this 2024 F250. Came in for a Carli 3.5" kit with their radius arms and torsion bar swaybar setup, along with a Fox Through Shaft stabilizer. Topped with some 20x10 American Forces on 37" Toyo AT3's. And also got some Amp Research Powersteps and a Tremor front fascia.

Not just engine/performance work here. Also a dealer for many parts and accessories and will gladly upfit your new truck to meet your desires.
