Kate is off! Her ProMaster 2500 is ready for the finishing touches that she has in mind, and loves the flexibility that her interior is going to give her, as she lives and works on the road! She purchased this van fully complete with someone else's vision, and had us make the changes you see below. The Big Boys are finally starting to throw their hats in the ring, making what they call a Class B+ (others call them a B Box)! This unit is based off of a Ford Transit Box Truck, and is 3+ season insulated (meaning that you can use it all year long in most of the country, and all but a few short weeks in the northernmost reaches of the our great nation). With 2 inches of insulation throughout the box, no window in the door to improve insulation, all of the fluids (fresh water and grey water) are kept inside the insulated box, to minimize the opportunity for freezing, and all of the cabinets that are available from the outside of the camper are insulated and heated.

Check out this cool layout! This unit has the capability of travelling (and sleeping) 4 people! This camper is really cool, but with a sticker price of over $160K, I am sure that, while it checks a lot of the boxes for those of us who want to "Get Out There", most of us simply cannot (or will not) afford it.
