Customer’s timing belt was starting to show signs of wear and starting to crack. I advised that it should be replaced within the next 10,000 miles, but customer wanted it done for peace of mind. Water pump was replaced at the same time to save on future labor costs.

Customer said his brakes didn’t feel right after a shop worked on his rear brakes. You can’t always trust shops to do the right thing, this one installed the hardware backwards which prevented the parking brake from working. This customer got new hubs, drums, and shoes on the rear and the parking brake now functions correctly.
