Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Routine Maintenance: Execute oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, and fluid top-offs with precision and efficiency.
• Conduct Multi-Point Inspections: Thoroughly evaluate vehicle safety and maintenance needs, including checking brake pads, tire tread depth, and battery health.
• Basic Repairs: Assist with minor repairs such as bulb replacements, wiper blade installations, and battery swaps.
• Maintain Workspace: Keep the service bay clean, organized, and compliant with all safety and environmental regulations.
• Documentation: Accurately record all work performed and findings on repair orders to ensure clear communication with Service Advisors.
• Professional Growth: Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training and shadow senior technicians to expand mechanical skills and knowledge.

Basic Requirements:

• Foundational Knowledge: A basic understanding of automotive systems or a vocational/technical school degree in automotive technology is preferred.
• Technical Aptitude: Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment.
• Valid Driver’s License: Must have a clean driving record and the ability to safely operate various vehicle types.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Attention to Detail: A commitment to getting the job done right the first time to ensure vehicle safety.
• Team Player Mentality: Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn from experienced mentors.
