Bringing this 100-foot tunnel to life! 💧⚙️

The H2O Solutions team has been on site this week powering up equipment, troubleshooting issues, working alongside electricians to guide final connections, and taking care of final adjustments and detail touch-ups.

There’s a lot of work between getting equipment installed and getting it ready to wash cars. We’re proud of our crew for working through the details and helping bring this project together!

The brains—and the muscle—behind the wash. 🧠⚡

This DRB Sgt. Sudz Motor Control Center features a built-in Micrologic Associates controller, with most of the motors in the tunnel bay powered by variable frequency drives (VFDs).

Getting this cabinet into place with our forklift was quite the task and definitely made for an eventful beginning of the installation! Seeing it all come together made the effort worthwhile, and our H2O Solutions team couldn’t be happier with the finished result. 💪

Two DRB Portal TI+ units have arrived at our headquarters warehouse and are ready for installation!

Compatible with in-bay automatic and tunnel washes, the Portal TI+ combines customer convenience with tools that help operators manage their wash:

• Chip and contactless card payments, plus Apple and Android mobile payment support.

Great signs. Even better partners. 🤝

Image360 Lebanon has been our trusted partner for all of our signage needs for years. We’ve really enjoyed working with the new owners, the Mitchells, and are grateful to see this longtime partnership continue to grow!

A big thank-you to their team for inviting H2O Solutions to join them on WANT FM 98.9! We sent our own “H2O Connor”—Connor Burger, our Director of Operations and a Lebanon local—to represent us. We appreciate the opportunity to connect with our community alongside a partner who has been part of our story for so long.

💡 FUN FACT: “H2O Justin” ordered his very first signs for his mobile detailing trailer back in the early 2000s, and we’ve had a project in the works with Image360 pretty much ever since!

From those first trailer signs to the projects we’re working on today, we’re thankful for the relationship we’ve built along the way. Here’s to many more years of working together!
