Update on yesterday’s post…
For me, it doesn't get much more rewarding than fixing a customer's drivability issues.
This 6.0 swapped '06 Sierra came in shifting harder than your uncle's backyard-built TH400 and smelling like it had a 1050 Dominator carb. Along with that, the ABS/Brake lamps were illuminated, including a service brake system message on the dash. Driveability was subpar.
Investigation found the shift pressure table to be maxed out at 96 psi in all cells, 3.23 gearing programmed with 3.73 gears installed.
This truck with an unknown cam, unknown stall speed and very limited information now runs and drives like it's supposed to and makes great power for what it is.
Thanks to Angel Huizar for letting me get this dialed in for you!
