To our loyal and paying customers — first and foremost, thank you. We truly appreciate the trust and support you’ve shown our business.

Unfortunately, due to an increasing number of customers not paying their balances or not paying on time, we have been forced to make some changes to our company policies moving forward.

Effective immediately, we will no longer offer in-house financing on builds or repairs. We have had multiple builds with large unpaid balances while we have been covering the costs out of our own pockets to complete the work. Payments have not been made as agreed, and in many cases we receive no communication when payments are missed.

At this time, we are also beginning the process of filing liens on unpaid builds. These will include storage fees calculated from the original drop-off date.

Additionally, any previous discounts given on builds that were financed but not paid will be removed, and those balances will return to standard pricing.

We hate that it has come to this, but these changes are necessary to protect our business and continue serving the customers who respect our time, work, and agreements.
