We’re proud to share that Jay Hatfield Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Frontenac earned a Class B achievement level on the latest Stellantis Dealer Performance Scorecard, with an 89.1 Composite Score.

Even more meaningful to our team, we ranked #1 out of 37 dealers in the state.

But what we’re most proud of isn’t the ranking itself. It’s what goes into earning it — the people who show up every day, take care of our customers, answer the questions, turn the wrenches, and do their best to make every experience a good one.

August was a pretty special month for us. ❤️

Across the Jay Hatfield Organization, we had the opportunity to serve 3,320 service customers and help 703 families find the right fit for their needs.

Those numbers represent a lot more than appointments and transactions. They represent people who trusted our teams, families who invited us to be part of an important decision, and neighbors who continue to support the businesses in their communities.

We're thankful for every person who stopped in, called, brought something in for service, or trusted our team to help them find what they needed.

Thank you for continuing to put your trust in Jay Hatfield. Serving our communities is something we don't take for granted. ❤️

Rotate your tires? Don't forget the spare.

Your spare tire doesn't get regular road miles, but it still needs to be checked. Make sure it's properly inflated and that you know where the tools are to change a tire if you ever need them.

It's better to find out in your driveway than on the side of the road. 👍

Most people know about the cabin air filter, but your engine has an air filter too. It helps keep dirt and debris from getting into the engine while allowing it to get the air it needs.

A clogged engine air filter can affect performance and fuel economy.
