We have some very bittersweet news to share.
Today is Mrs. Eshelman’s last day at Driver’s Choice, and it’s hard to put into words what that really means.
The sweet: She is retiring—and what a blessing that is. She now gets to slow down and truly live: spending precious time with her handsome grandson, traveling and laughing with her best friend Amy (and her family), and making irreplaceable memories with her mama. This next chapter is full of love, joy, and everything she deserves.
The bitter: Letting her go hurts. I will miss her smile, her morning growls, and most of all, Terri—just being Terri. She has been more than a coworker. She has been a mentor, a constant, and a steady presence in my life for the past seven years. The office won’t feel the same without her. Even knowing I’ll still see her once a month doesn’t make this goodbye any easier.
Terri, thank you for seven unforgettable years. Thank you for your patience, your guidance, your humor, and your heart. Driver’s Choice will forever carry your imprint, and I am so grateful to have walked this journey with you.
Let’s all send Mrs. Eshelman off with so much love and wish her the happiest, most well-earned retirement imaginable. ❤️
