Ok, ok. Today was a good day for Rife Moto Works. More of that Moto-archeology kinda stuff. This was another great find, out of Kansas!
1972 Honda CL450 Scrambler with an original installed set of Flying Dragon bodywork. Honda made sets in 72 / 73 as a way to get some interest in their twin models. It was a flop at the time and many kits were destroyed. Today they are very rare and sought after, with pristine examples selling over $40k.
With 20 years hunting and enjoying old motorcycles, this is the first original one of these into our shop. It needs some love, we can bring it back to s***f.
