We are now almost 3 months into our dispute with our spam one-star reviews and are still waiting to hear back from google. After working with several google product experts, we discovered that the reviews could be related to an extortion scheme. This is because immediately following the reviews we started receiving several phone calls, all hours of the day, from spam numbers offering to remove these reviews, but it came with a fee.
Our fingers are crossed that we can get them permanently removed.
