Herwaldt Motorsports organizes and promotes monthly shop rides as a way to bring together motorcycle enthusiasts for a shared riding experience. However, by choosing to participate in these rides, each rider acknowledges and agrees to the following:

Personal Responsibility – All riders are solely responsible for their own motorcycle, riding decisions, and personal safety throughout the ride. Participation is entirely voluntary.

No Liability Assumed – Herwaldt Motorsports, its owners, employees, and affiliates assume no responsibility for any accident, injury, damage, or loss that may occur before, during, or after the ride. Each participant rides at their own risk.

Roadway Risks – Participants acknowledge that riding a motorcycle involves inherent risks, including but not limited to road conditions, weather, traffic, and other unforeseen hazards.

Not an Organized Event – The advertised shop rides are not sanctioned or organized events but rather informal group rides. There is no official es**rt or support provided.

Compliance with Laws – All riders must operate their motorcycles in accordance with local, state, and federal traffic laws and regulations.

Assumption of Risk & Release – By participating in a shop ride, riders assume all risks associated with motorcycling and fully release Herwaldt Motorsports from any claims, liabilities, or damages that may arise from participation.

By attending a shop ride, participants acknowledge that they have read and understand this disclaimer and accept full responsibility for their actions and safety
