Warren picked up a set of full clutches from us for his 2019 Renegade 1000R XMR! We got him dialed in with an Icon primary paired with an STM secondary to bring the ultimate package setup! This setup will sling those 34s with ease and will have no problem taking his machine anywhere he wants! Bronson reached out to us for some tuning and clutching for his 2022 Renegade 1000R XXC! We got him setup with an Icon primary and secondary spring upgrade. Combined with proper tuning, Bronsons first words were, “man, this thing just keeps the torque and keeps on pulling!”. One things for sure, the Icon is a great clutch and delivers the power/torque you want! Daryl brought us his 2025 Gen3 Outlander 1000R XMR for some upgrades! Here’s what we did…

✅ Custom Tuning via HP Tuners
✅ 32” Terache Tires XLs (factory wheels)
✅ Terache 1.25” wheel spacers for rear wheels
✅ FAR Mudding halos
✅ New OEM replacement battery

Daryl’s machine came out freaking sweet and the 32” XLs fit very nice on the stock arms! Definitely do need wheel spacers for the rear for proper clearance. The Far Mudding halos definitely gives it a nice cosmetic upgrade to stand out and they have a lot of different functions to play with. To wrap it up, we did some custom tuning via HP Tuners to bring out some more performance and help the machine run more efficient. We appreciate Daryl for trusting us with his unit and look forward to him giving his friend AJ all the smoke he wants 🔥🔥🔥.

Curtis brought us his 2026 Gen3 Outlander 850XMR to be converted to a 1000R! We flashed his MG1 with a 918 file to bring it up to spec but also correct a few issues associated with his stock 850 file. And of course, we modified his clutch weights to get some more RPM for better performance. This is a very popular service amongst the G3 850 owners and it unlocks great performance without breaking the bank. We appreciate Curtis for trusting us with his unit and we may be seeing this unit again soon 🔥🔥🔥.

📣📣📣 Gen 3 Outlander P-Drive Clutching🔥

We cannot stress enough how important it is to frequently check your clutches. We posted about this a while ago but these Gen 3s seem to bring in more debris thru the CVT intake and cause potential issues with the main bearing seizing up. Almost every G3 recently has had build up of surface rust/dirt/dust etc on the post shaft and especially under the main bearing. So if you start experience some whining noises, or machine creeping in gear, may be time to have your clutch serviced/cleaned! Maintenance is cheaper than new parts!

Kyle Cullen brought us his Gen 3 Outlander 1000R XMR for some performance upgrades! We did some custom tuning via HP Tuners in partnership with BlaiznTrails Performance, and also installed a full set of STMs! Let’s go over a few things and talk about the changes because there was an issue with initial clutch calibration…

The Gen 3s come factory with the new P-Drive style primary clutch and is an improvement over the stock Gen2 style for sure. It delivers smooth engagement and retains good power/torque ratio. Clutch kits have excelled greatly for the Gen3 platform and they do help a lot! But the team over at STM Powersports teamed up with Kyle and got him setup with a full set of STMs and we installed them. Now the STMs are a noticeable difference when it comes to proper power delivery, but they have to be calibrated correctly! 1 variable such as an spring can greatly effect performance and we ran into this issue with Kyle’s machine. The secondary came with too stiff of a spring (blue spring) and was causing his machine to instantly bog down and not hold RPM when hard load was applied (such as skimming, thick mud etc). Kyle picked up his machine and took it to Busco and instantly said something don’t feel right and the fact our friend Hunter over at Performance East had his Gen3 also out there, on similar setup was damn near do***ng Kyle’s, we instantly knew the secondary setup from STM wasn’t ideal for Kyle’s riding style. Luckily, we were able to swap the spring out with the setup we recommend and do for all Gen3 STMs and we took it out ourselves to test and for the size of this machine, how much it weighs, the stretch and 34s, it done very well with holding RPM but also the really low end RPM belt grip was insane while retaining a great cruising RPM. There is some great potential with these Gen3 machines, just the variance of how you want to ride it can greatly depend on how it’s setup. The full STM clutching is a great upgrade for sure! But just remember to always reach out to someone with clutching knowledge so your setup can be dialed for your machine and riding style and testing is always key to getting the best benefit out of your unit. AJ brought us his 2026 Renegade 1000R XMR back in for some more upgrades! A couple of weeks ago, we transformed his new machine into a dominant trail unit. Well AJ decided to finish the rest of it and we added the last 2 essential mods to make his renegade the ultimate trail machine… here’s what we did…

AJs machine came out freaking great! The STM secondary will help provide better efficiency of power/torque thru the RPM range and let’s face it, a full billet clutch setup is always nice to look at! Of course, what would a CanAm Renegade be without the best damn mud tire on the market? The 32” SuperATV Assassinator always transform the look of a machine and let’s be honest, it’s hard to beat the look of a Renegade on them. Again, we appreciate AJ for trusting us with his machine and upgrades! This machine freaking rips and is ready for whatever he decides to put it thru!!!
