New secondary spring replacement clarification 💯

The Offroad Twins brought in a family members 2017 Outlander 570 for a lot of maintenance/repair and also some upgrades! Here’s a break down of what we did/replaced on this unit!

✅ Full Service (Oil, Gear Fluids, Spark Plugs etc)
✅ OEM Screen Replacement
✅ Fuel Pump Replacement
✅ Airbox Cap Seal Upgrade
✅ CVTech Primary w/ Upgraded Secondary Spring
✅ BTP ECM Flash
✅ Super ATV Outlander Floorboards
✅ Super ATV 32” Assassinators
✅ Nutts Cuts Tire/Scoop Service
✅ HCC Seat Cover

As you can see, we did an extensive list of upgrades and repairs to this unit. This machine came in with a bogging/fueling issue and quickly diagnosed a bad fuel pump. While a new fuel pump fixed the pressure issue, the machine had been ran a while with low fuel pressure and cooked the front spark plug. So after a full service, new OEM NGK plugs, this unit ran great. With the clutching and BTP flash upgrades, this little 570 turns those 32s with ease! Also want to thank our favorite dealership… Performance East for getting us the parts we need! We appreciate the twins for always trusting us with their units and look forward to seeing this 570 walk their 1000s in the trails 🔥🔥🔥.

🔥 252 Offroad got another one dialed in! They put this Can-Am Off-Road 1000R on a set of 34-inch and 2-inch wheel spacers for a little more stability. 😎👍

We had a wild time at Busco Beach & ATV Park for the Daisy Dukes Event! From wide open pulls, to wide open roll overs, this turned out to be a great ride! Zach brought in his 2021 Renegade 1000R XMR to get tuned! Recently he added an Icon Primary and STM secondary and need the last piece to complete it. Machine runs great and will sling those 34s with ease. We appreciate Zach for trusting us with his tuning 🔥🔥🔥.

Connors 2017 Renegade 1000R XMR received some major upgrades. After a mishap with the first setup, we got together with BlaiznTrails Performance to build him an all around powerhouse of a trail setup. Here’s what was done and also fixed…

As you can tell, a lot was done to this unit but most importantly, preventive items also done to prevent future failure of parts. This setup came out freaking great and this machine absolutely gets down! Best part is, it’s still on pump 93 octane! We have to get a huge shoutout to our great friends over at BlaiznTrails Performance… Blaize and Tristan for always helping us get our customers what they need. Also a shoutout to our other great friend Emory w/ Nutts Cuts for the best Cut/Scoop service on all our tires. 📣📣📣 New Secondary Spring Setup 🔥🔥🔥

All 3P Clutching orders that opts for a “Secondary spring upgrade” may see a different spring setup than what was previously used. All clutch orders that choose to upgrade the stock secondary spring will now come with a “shim” and a new spring to replace the previously used “White” spring. This shim will go on the clutch side/inside the secondary and then your spring will go in on top. There will be instructions in the box. We apologize for the delay on anyone’s order that has seem to take a little longer than normal. Orders are being fulfilled and your clutches will be on the way asap! Mekhi came up for Daisy Dukes weekend with some of our Florida family and while he was here, we took his 2026 Renegade 1000R XMR and got it dialed with a full set of STM Powersports clutches. This unit definitely benefited from getting a set and one thing was for sure, Mekhi put them to do the test! You’ll see this unit in our next YouTube video for sure. We appreciate Mekhi for trusting us with his unit but also his performance upgrades 💯.

Heath recently picked up quite a few products from us for his 2026 Renegade 1000R XMR! He planned a trip to come ride at Busco Beach so we decided to schedule him for a drop off to get all the parts installed. Here’s what’s been done….

✅ Super ATV 34” Assassinators
✅ Super ATV 2” Wheel Spacers
✅ 3P Icon Primary Clutch w/ secondary spring
✅ Gates Redline Belt
✅ Upgraded Airbox Seal
✅ Smoke Tested CVT System

As you can see, Heath has outfitted his unit with some very tasteful upgrades. The 34” Assassinators look absolutely killer on a renegade! The 3P Icon always exceeds our expectations on how it performs, it slings these 34s with little effort 💯. Of course the Airbox seal is a necessity and security precaution from the crappy factory seal. We did end up finding a leak on his CVT system from an improperly installed clamp, got this fixed and all is good! We appreciate Heath for trusting us with his unit and also his upgrades. His machine came out freaking sweet and we look forward to talking to him real soon for some “things” and also seeing him rip this unit at Busco this weekend 🔥🔥🔥.
