“RetroVille" is a full service RV Park on the water front of Choctawhatchee Bay. and has the "Retro" theme at all pads and throughout the park. It is not only a place to camp but while vacationing but a place to relive and learn about the "Drive In Movie" "Americana" that was such short lived time in our past. We will feature 20/30/50 amp power , water and sewer and Wi-Fi at all sites along with easy access off hwy 331. Coming Soon in the winter of 2025 a Waterfront Dock to fish and paddle board from! With easy access just off Hwy 331 just south of Freeport, FL 3 miles . We are located 11 miles from the famous 30a Grayton Beach area and a short drive from other famous beaches such as Destin, Destin Harbor, Seaside Beach and the beautiful Rosemary Beach. Retroville loves anything from the 1960s Cars, Music, Movies and of course Rvs so Step into the ultimate mid-century time capsule! 🚐✨one of the rarest Rvs ever made. The 1961 Holiday House Geographic Model X is widely considered one of the rarest and most iconic vintage travel trailers ever built, it's a true masterpiece of 1960s design with only 4-5 ever produced. Originally styled by Chuck Pelly and Lawrence McCain, only a handful of these 24-foot fiberglass beauties were ever completed!
Whether you're a classic car collector, a retro enthusiast, or just love camping history, this piece of Americana is pure perfection.

The Story of George Barris’ "Love Machine" 🚐✨ Van / Camper ?
Did you know the iconic "Love Machine" wasn't just a dream van—it was a real, custom-built masterpiece by the legendary "Kustom King," George Barris? 🛠️👑 Built from a 1966 Dodge A-108 Sportsman, Barris transformed this everyday van into a futuristic palace on wheels, complete with a revolving bo***ir sofa, a chandelier, and panoramic smoked glass. It was the ultimate embodiment of the 1970s "vanning" craze! But this van didn't just sit in a garage—it had a serious film career! Throughout the years, it was repainted and reimagined for several big-screen appearances:
SuperVan (1977): Starred as the famous "Vandora," featuring an even deeper shag-carpet interior for its big debut.
Condor (1986): The van took on a sleek gold and black look for this made-for-TV movie.
Back to the Future II (1989): If you look closely at the background, you might spot it painted green as a "Hill Valley Transit" bus!
Other Appearances: It also graced the screen in the movie Solar Crisis and an episode of the 90s TV show SeaQuest DSV.
George Barris had a gift for turning the ordinary into the extraordinary, and we’re proud to keep that spirit of creativity and retro wonder alive here at Retroville.
