Out with the old, in with the new! If you have a manual powered vent fan it can easily be upgraded to a remote controlled powered vent fan. Exhaust or intake 10 speed fan to bring in fresh spring air or eliminate unwanted bathroom odors. The fan will also automatically close with a preinstalled rain sensor. Springtime is around the corner. Time to flush your tank style water heaters. If you have a Suburban water heater, it requires an anode rod to keep the steel tank from rusting. If you have a Dometic water heater, it has a plastic drain plug. Dometic has an Aluminum tank, no anode rod needed. Call us today for water heater flushing and anode rod replacement.
