Sunday morning repair on this 1957 fire truck. The differential fluid hadn’t been changed for 40+ years. The plug was stripped so I had to clean it off, weld a bolt head to the plug, and carefully get it broken loose.

Quick work welding these AN fittings and oil filler neck onto a pair of custom valve covers. These are going onto a big block methanol breathing tractor pulling rig.

Another custom designed and 3D printed bulkhead for MA-Motorsports LLC. This one to hold three -4AN hoses to feed the Tilton pedal assembly from the master cylinder fluid reservoirs. Using flexible TPU filament for easy installation and low abrasion to the hoses.

Big aluminum trailer in for repair. A lot of cracks on the fender welds, and a couple broken/missing fender mounts needing to be re-mounted.

Finished welding a set of Dual Master Booster Delete brackets for Alaria LLC. Ready to be sent out for zinc coating. These utilize a different front mount for using ABS equipped master cylinders

Alaria Technical had the idea, here are Freeland Fabrication we turn the ideas into reality, helping with 3D scanning, CAD design, programming and running CNC equipment, and final welding. Then they will be coated and assembled into final kits, all 100% locally made.
