OEM vs. OEM. Yes, that’s a real thing!
Corrado showed you OEM vs. aftermarket. Now let’s take it one step further: even genuine OEM emblems and molding aren’t all the same. The same vehicle can come with different factory trim depending on the package, so grabbing “an OEM part” isn’t enough. It has to be the right OEM part for your exact car.

In today’s cars, this business is electrical too. Every repair needs proper calibration for your car’s safety systems like blind spot detection, forward radar, and lane departure warning to work the way they’re supposed to.

If there was damage done to this vehicle before, say to the rear, that was repaired improperly or never calibrated at all, that becomes our problem now. We can’t properly calibrate the front end systems without knowing the rest of the car is sound.

It’s called UPD, Unrelated Prior Damage. Picture a dent on your rear door. To blend the paint properly, we also need to work the panel right next to it. But if that panel already has an old dent, some scratches, or peeling paint from regular wear and tear, we can’t just ignore it.
