Folks , Don't overlook your Sealant maintenance.
owning an RV can be lots of fun and even practical for living, unless you simply don't account for proper maintenance. This particular unit was covered in silicone( no bueno ). someone just applied 100% silicone over the old sealant .
old sealant must be completely removed and new sealant applied..
avoid the costly repair or mold damage .

Check on your Discharge valves !! Watch to make sure you're moving solids and not just releasing liquids.
This will cause pyramiding and solid build up in the tank leading to catastrophic failure. This black tank dived right to the ground !! As Ernest P worl would say " ew ew ew ew eeeeeewwww, you know what I mean Vern?"
