Every 30 min job is 1 seized bolt away from making it a project. Sometimes customers ask why we give them a window of completion instead of an exact date, here’s a perfect example. Sometimes Something simple turns into a headache in a matter of minutes.

Appreciate the people who turn wrenches, take bu****it from customers, and continue day in and out. Sometimes people forget we’re humans too.
