Neons Auto sells vehicles with Virginia State Inspection. The inspection is done with 120-points check on the vehicle. All vehicle prices EXCLUDE sales Tax, tags, title and registration, dealer processing fee and warranty fees. These set prices are based on a one time payment in full with your own bank check, cashier check, loan check or cash. Additional fees may apply on finance deals. Deposits or down payments made towards our vehicles are non-refundable. There’s is one time processing fee of $599.00 per deal. RECALL NOTICE: Some vehicles may be subject to manufacturer safety recalls that, for various reasons, may not be repaired prior to sale. You may also check for open recalls at www.safercar.gov
