Towing and recovery service. Light duty and heavy duty Services complete that are damage free proven to be damage free by the provider are non-returnable.

Our return policy as follows,
Any service rendered complete with the specific necessary service needs of the customer are non-returnable. Refunds are subject to the understanding that the customer must have approval by Coleman Motor Company for a refund for justifiable means. Justifiable means are for as follows, duplicate charges, or charges for towing, roadside, service calls rendered un-complet

e. For cases of damage complaints, a customer must understand that a damage complaint does not warrant an automatic return. A damage complaint will be investigated by the Coleman Motor Company staff and under our investigation will determine if damages were done by Coleman Motor Company Staff. If the internal investigation determines no damages were done by our staff a refund will not be issued. Once an internal audit for the damage complaint is complete then a return policy will be determined to be enacted. The damage complaint audit may take up to a week to determine. Once the investigation/audit is complete a return will take place within approximately 7 days.
