Customer asks if we can diag or repair a fire alarm system on a particular machine... we took a Crack at it and figured it out! Better than the customer driving it 8 hrs one way to a specialist and loosing untold ime and revenue.
It's all wires any, right?

Allison transmission had a problem with a bad wire to a sensor causing a fault. We repaired the wire only to find the computer wouldn't let go of the code when the computer got warm.

Brand new dump truck, hundreds of thousands of dollars, and it dont dump!, replaced a rusty dump valve that was installed and now works properly.
It's a shame... the supplier didnt care to take care of the problem, but they took his check!!!
