Fermentation Collective We are Fermentation Collective! We are legion! We are a team with one common goal: Brew the best beer we can, with the most talented people we know.

Fermentation collective is a team of four individuals, located in central New Hampshire, with a goal of opening a fermentation focused brewpub on Central Street, in Franklin, NH. The team is comprised of Keenan Blum, our project leader, visionary, and brewer; Chris Killinger, our future front end manager, beer guru, and brewer; Josh Ford, on beer and food recipe design, brewhouse fabrication, and

brewer; and Rene Desmarais, cellarman, quality control, and jack of all trades. Our common goal is to maintain the utmost quality and stringency to make the best beer and food possible, while using the best quality ingredients, with as much locally sourced ingredients as possible. And every menu item will have at least one fermented component. We aim to be a part of the larger local Permaculture Project happening in Franklin, NH as well, working with other new and / or growing businesses to be a responsible, eco-friendly, sustainable business in and of ourselves, as well as with the local community.
