Had a great experience at Ford of Franklin purchasing my Bronco Sport. They gave me an out-the-door price online that didn’t change when I arrived, offered a fair value for my trade, and there were no surprise fees or high-pressure sales tactics. Everyone involved were quick, professional and extremely friendly. The whole process was quick, straightforward, and stress-free. Highly recommend, and will be back for future vehicle needs.

Troy was spectacular. Troy was professional, direct, and kind!

It was a very hot day, one of the hottest days of the summer and Troy helped unload my old car. Constantly bringing water and patience. Troy‘s trainee. Mimi was just as helpful. My brother has bought several cars from Troy and I see why because Troy is the quintessential car professional.

Troy made this process painless, seamless and fun.
It should be fun buying a new car!!! Troy makes it happen. I plan on buying my next car from him.

Thank you Ford of Franklin and thank you Troy for a wonderful car buying experience.
