Bought my Q70 there in May and returned for my first service yesterday. Was without a doubt, exceptional. They had me in a loaner car in minutes and out the door. Received email and text letting me know car was ready and pickup took about 5 minutes. Car was clean and well cared for - really can't ask for much better!
Don’t purchase here! I don’t know where to start as I am so frustrated with this dealership, Managers, and everyone who call themselves a customer service oriented individual. I purchased my car on a lease, March 9th – 2018 Q60, brand new. I had no issues with the process at the time or my sales advisor. After one month as my temporary tag was about to expire, I called the dealership to inquire about where to send my first payment and my tag. I asked for Alex (the original Fin Mgr), and was told he was no longer employed. I was then transferred to John and he mentioned that he was the new Finance Manager and he had been meaning to give me a call. Apparently, Alex (prior Manager) messed up my paperwork as well as others and he needed me to come back to the dealership to sign new paperwork. He also advised that I would receive another 30 day temporary tag. Ok no problem, I took time out of my Saturday, April 6th and drove back to the dealership (about 30 miles from my house). I met with John completed the new paperwork, got my tag, and they filled my tank up. Ok again… no problem. I inquired about when my payment would be due, and he said the loan should fund in a week or so, and I will receive a welcome email from Infinity Finance with instructions on how to make my first payment. Another month goes by and still no tag or where to make my first payment. I received a call from John on May 3rd that there was another discrepancy with my paperwork and if I could come back to the dealership to complete more paperwork. He did offer to have the paperwork sent by overnight mail, but I did not want any delays, so I chose to drive out to the dealership once more. On May 4th, I met with John again and signed a few more documents. I once again inquired about when first payment would be due, and he mentioned not until the end of May, as the loan will need to fund first. My question to him was, “So what happens to April’s payment?” John indicated that Infinity will take care of it as it was no fault of mine. I kindly said “thank you” and was provided another temporary tag. About a week late, I received a welcome email from Infinity Finance, I was excited and instantly began to create my login and password. After I logged in, I immediately say a past due amount for April’s car payment. I called Infinity immediately and spoke to John. He stated that I should have not been charged for this payment and he couldn’t believe that I was. His words, “No worry Ms. Patterson we will take care of it.” I went ahead and made my May payment (before the due date), but apparently that payment was applied to the past due amount. For days, I would call John and he stop answering phone calls. I then asked for the general manager or someone who could make decisions. I left my contact information with the receptionist. On May 16th, I received a call/voice mail from Chris Rozier, the Finance Director. I was in a meeting and could not answer his call, but when I was able to return the call, I did. I explained to Chris my issues and he immediately apologized for the inconvenience and yes Infinity will take care of that payment. He asked if he could call me back the following business day to find out the process. Ok, sure no problem The next day, I followed up with Chris and he stated everything was good and he is now trying to see what’s going with my tag. He told me to feel free to contact him with any question as the number he called me from was his personal cell number. For days, I would text Chris and was told everything was taking care and that the check was mailed out by the accounting department. I drove back out to the dealership on May 24th because I was in the area to check on things and I was hoping to see Chris or find out the status. Of course everyone was in hiding. At this moment I am emotional, frustrated, my stomach is in knots and I am literally in tears, because I could not understand why no one thinks that my case is NOT of an URGENT MATTER???? I was referred to Jesse and I had to repeat my story again… Jesse called Chris and was told that a check was called into Infinity Finance and I should see the credit in a few days. At this moment, I am still not convinced and just felt he was lying to my face. On May 29th, I called back to the dealer and spoke with Jesse. He informs me that everything was taken care of and he was personally there to witness it. Again… I am still not convinced. I said ok, we will see. As of today June 12th, I have yet to receive a credit on my account from Infinity at Cool Springs, Franklin, TN. At this point, I am stressed out because I pay my bills on time and to have this past due amount lingering on my file with a late fee is given me anxiety. Therefore, I called the Infinity Corporate office and placed a complaint with consumer affairs on behalf of the dealership. The Account Manager called me to discuss my case and informed me that he would reach out to the dealership to obtain more details and follow back up with me the next business day. The Account Manager called and apparently has been not able to speak with anyone about my circumstance but informed me that he will keep trying. The next business day, he called and confirmed everything that I had told him with John the Finance Manager at Infinity Cool Springs and a check was “now mailed” to the Finance Company to cover my April payment. As of today, still no resolution. The Account Manager says he will work on my behalf until my case is resolved and I am satisfied with the outcome, but unfortunately my faith in Infinity at Cool Springs is gone. If there is not a resolution by Friday June 14th, I will have to seek legal counsel. This is unfair and not right. Infinity Cool Springs, is not reliable and does not have the customer’s best interest. I am going to post my experience on every online platform so the world will know to not give this dealership your time, money, or efforts. I will seek Justice for my case and will fight until I’m satisfied. I love my car and my sales advisor Steve K., but anything after the sale... they don’t give a damn about you as a customer!
Does anyone work there? I have been trying daily for two weeks to get a copy of the 8 year warranty on my 2015 Q50. I have been promised by both Martin and John (total liars) to have me a copy withing two days. The last time I heard from them was a week ago. I have left messages with the sales manager, I have left messages with Ryan (general manager?), and I have left messages on facebook. I can get nothing from anyone except the poor receptionist, who has tried to get me to someone. I will say to anyone trying to buy an Infinity, DO NOT USE THESE SCOUNDRELS AS WILL LIE TO YOU AND NOT RETURN YOUR CALLS.
This week was my first time taking my vehicle in for service. If I could give 10 Stars. Every dealership should strive to model themselves after the customer service and care I was given. A big shout out to Trey my service advisor, he is absolutely the best!

Worst possible customer service of any dealership service department I have experienced. Clearly only care about big ticket items, not oil changes or inspections. Stay Away from this group!

I can confidently say that the customer service is what cost this dealership my business. The price of the car was right and the car itself was awesome. I wanted a trade for my current car but the manager Joseph had a magic number made up for my and I quote "rag" of a car. After that comment he proudly made, my father and I gladly got up and left and as we headed out they decided to give me the price I wanted for my car, begging us to come back inside, then they decided to call me 4/5 times asking what they could do to earn my business. I feel sorry for the salesman that was completely blind sided by his manager who is someone who is supposed to train and develop his employees. Me being a car salesman myself, I know what to expect when walking into a dealership and how the service is supposed to be presented. Extremely disappointed in this dealership and I will not and I repeat I will not return nor advise anyone to do business with this dealership. Im gonna keep my rag of a car and continue my search else where.
