A Big Thank You! 🐝🔧

A HUGE thank you to Steve at Manlove Auto Parts for getting us hooked up with some new extended arms for our lift! 🙌🐝

These new arms are going to make a BIG difference around the shop. Having the extra reach means we can get vehicles positioned properly on the lift, making our jobs easier and, most importantly, making things a whole lot safer for us and our customers. 💪🔧

🐝An Important Update About Our Amazon Hub🐝

We want to take a moment to update our community about a situation that has unfortunately been frustrating for both us and many of you.

As of Friday, August 14, 2026, we have officially cut ties with Amazon Hub. This was not a decision we made lightly, but after ongoing issues with the lack of support and assistance provided to us as a small business, we felt we had no other choice.

We have worked hard to provide a reliable location and service for our community, but unfortunately, we have felt that our small business was being taken advantage of without receiving the support we needed from Amazon when problems arose.

We also want to sincerely apologize to anyone who has not received their packages over the past few days. We understand how frustrating and inconvenient this is, and we are truly sorry that you have been caught in the middle of this situation.

Since Friday, Amazon has repeatedly told us that they would be coming to retrieve the packages currently at our location and reroute them appropriately.

Unfortunately, despite those assurances, packages have continued to be dropped off at our property out in the open, with no one here to receive or secure them.
Please understand that we are no longer operating as an Amazon Hub and are not responsible for packages being delivered here. We have done what we can to communicate the situation and have repeatedly requested that Amazon retrieve the packages.

We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding while this gets sorted out. We are a small, local business, and we have always tried to do right by our customers and our community. We simply cannot continue accepting responsibility for a service that we are no longer contracted to provide—especially when we are not receiving the support necessary to do so.

Thank you to everyone who has supported our small business and continues to understand that sometimes you have to stand up for yourself. ❤️🐝

Busy Bees Garage is a one-bee operation, which means I'm the one turning the wrenches, answering the phone, ordering parts, writing estimates, and trying not to get stung by the schedule! 😅

If I don't answer right away or it takes me a little longer to get back to you, please bee patient. I'm working as fast as these little wings can fly to make sure every customer gets the quality service they deserve.

I'd rather take a little extra time and do the job right than rush through it.
