For almost 6 years, Matt has been an important part of the Schaefer & Bierlein family as one of our Service Advisors. His dedication to our customers, willingness to help, and the care he puts into his job each day do not go unnoticed. 🧡

Matt is also one of those people who knows how to make work fun. His sense of humor keeps us laughing and brings a little extra fun to even the busiest days around the dealership! When he’s not at S&B, Matt enjoys aquariums, movies, traveling, sports and some good jerk chicken.

From horseshoes to horsepower.
Six generations of history. 🧡

Randy recently had the chance to visit The Castle Museum of Saginaw County History and see the incredible Schaefer & Bierlein exhibit curated by Jon Webb. Watching him walk through the display, smile at old photographs, and share stories from years gone by made the experience pretty special.

From a blacksmith shop in 1852 to six generations of family carrying the business forward today, there is so much history represented on these walls and even more behind every photograph.

We are incredibly grateful to Jon and The Castle Museum for preserving and sharing this piece of our family and Frankenmuth’s history.

The exhibit will be on display for another couple of months, and we’re hoping to make another trip back with all three Bierlein boys together. 🧡

1852–2026...a whole lot of history, hard work, family and stories in between.
