Refreshed 2009 R6 forks with Ohlins FGK 2021 cartridges and the Ohlins YA 039 TTX shock. The bike owner is a Track Day Instructor and put an amazing number of miles on this kit. Just needed to update a couple of o-rings and the seal head along with fresh 1309 oil and the N2 charge in the TTX. The forks needed SKF fork seals, new 1309 oil and a piston band in each leg. Back on the track in the spring for more laps.

Ohlins DU 738 shock for Ducati Monster 1100 & 1100S. Will also fit Monster 696 with 115N spring. Completely serviced with all necessary Ohlins parts. Zero miles on rebuild. Excellent overall condition. Spring preload & Rebound adjuster for fine tuning. Spring rate change is available with new Ohlins spring.

Front and Rear Ohlins shocks for a 1997 BMW K1200RS. The front is non-adjustable except for spring preload. The rear shock has a full complement of adjustments including the hydraulic preload adjuster. These shocks have had a hard life to date. As with all Ohlins shocks - the component parts are still available for servicing.

Updating the Aprilia RS660 suspension on a tremendous production Twins race bike. Serviced the Ohlins AP660 shock and installed new K-Tech 25IDS cartridges. The rider and crew will be happy with the responsiveness and ease of adjustment of these components.
