This is why you don’t trust your truck to just anyone. Truck was diagnosed as a faulty injector before teardown. Upon teardown something looked sketchy (to say the least). What a horrible attempt at someone trying to cover their tracks. The other terminal, that appeared to be properly fastened, had no threads in the nut either, during to overtorque. So while the injector is faulty, it now also gets a new (Electrical) valve cover gasket, which would typically be reusable.
