First car purchase officially in the books!! 🥳 Mariah is leaving in her 2020 Kia Sportage, and I’m so happy I got to be part of such an exciting milestone!

She was an absolute sweetheart to work with, and I had the best time getting to know her and chatting with her sister along the way. 🫶🏼 Moments like these make my job so much fun!

Amy is officially driving her 2017 Hyundai Tucson! 🚗✨

After making several stops and leaving each one more frustrated than the last, she came to us simply wanting to be heard and treated with the kindness she deserved. I’m so happy we were able to change the way her car search felt and send her home in something she truly wanted. 🫶🏼

At the end she told me, “You were wonderful, I see why everyone loves you.” 🥹💛 And THAT is the kind of moment that reminds me why I love what I do.
