Six years. Three levels of growth. One well-earned promotion. 🎉

Ronnie joined in November 2020 as a Parts Counter Associate, moved up to Product Support Manager in 2023, and has now stepped into his role as Parts Manager, bringing 15 years of heavy truck parts and service experience with him.

Ronnie's path is exactly the kind of growth we love to see at Wiers. When you invest in great people, give them room to grow, and promote from within, our team and our customers win. Congratulations, Ronnie! đź‘Ź

A truck can't drive itself to the shop. And getting it there costs more than most fleets realize.

Between the driver's time, the fuel, and the hours that truck spends off the road instead of working, a single round trip to the shop adds up fast. Have you ever run the numbers on what it actually costs?

Taking care of your fleet doesn't just mean servicing trucks. It's booms, forklifts, chassis, and the specialized gear your operation runs on. And when one piece goes down, the whole job can stall.

As a Fleet Partner, you have access to Wiers technicians servicing your entire fleet under one program, so you're not juggling vendors while equipment sits idle. One partner means everything is covered.
