Khelon Grider, a Homestead High School graduate, is now working in our Ford Lincoln Service Department alongside a Senior Master Technician through our Tech Training Program. Jordan Sylvain, a South Side High School graduate, is currently working in our Quick Lane and will continue his education at Ivy Tech Fort Wayne in Fall 2026.

It’s great to see young talent stepping into the automotive industry and building strong career paths right here in Fort Wayne.
