Twin Vee PowerCats is a Premier American Marine Boat Builder and Tooling Company. Twin Vee proudly manufactures American-made products with an exceptional and highly skilled workforce in Ft. Pierce, Florida. Twin Vee has been designing and building boats for over 25 years, to date, Twin Vee has produced and sold over 8000 PowerCats Worldwide. Twin Vee’s humble beginning started in a small building with only a few employees , laminating tiny multi-hull tenders, as word got out, demand grew, years rolled by and Twin Vee developed hundreds of different models of PowerCats ranging from “The Hawaiian”, “Custom Sea-Tow Twin Vee’s, single-engine BayCats, commercial platform boats to their most popular twin engine OceanCats and many many more. Twin Vee has garnered International recognition for being one of the “Best Riding Boats on the Water”.

Twin Vee now embraces Technology as a vital and leading proponent inthe way we design, build and assemble our boats. Marine manufacturing has come of age with CAD/CAM design,5-axis tooling and advanced digital hydrodynamic software. We have invested heavily in large and small scale, commercial routers, thermoform technology, digital cnc sewing machines and more. Our newly designed molds and plugs are milled in-house on our DMS 5-axis routers, molds are now hand laid and framed with only the best and highest-quality materials from preferred suppliers. The Quality and Performance of our design standards are showing up front and center in the Quality of our boats from stem to stern. Twin Vee is based in Fort Pierce, Florida, Our factory is 80,000 square feet and we have approximately 75 employees, some employees have been with the Company for over 20 years. Twin Vee manufactures almost every part of our boats in-house with the exception of the motors, electronics and a few components such as pumps, rod holders and hardware. What Twin does not design and manufacture in-house, Our dedicated team of professionals scour the Country for the Highest Quality Materials, Products and Components that go into the manufacturing process of our boats. No stone is left unturned, we spend the time and energy to source all the best materials, products and Components. We are proud of how our boats look on the outside but sea re more excited about the design and Quality of out boats below deck.
