Great people to work with. I purchased four new tires for my f150 4x4 in January and the truck would shake at 52 miles per hour William the service writer told me will fix it bring buy the shop. The guys checked the truck for possible wore out parts , everything under the truck was fine, they rebalanced all tires. Last week I brought the truck back because it was still shaking. The manager decided to replace all 4 tires no charge!!! Thanks Guys for going the extra effort for me !!! The new tires fixed the vibration!!! The Wallace team are awesome people to do business with again thank you for all you did to make me a happy customer!!!!! 🤗 see you later !!!
We have hole in our driver seat and they are not stepping g up to take care of it as of yet.
I want to say thank you to Wallace Lincoln for the terrific service I received today with a big shout out to Brian and Steven. After receiving assurances that the issue with my wife’s MKX was what they said and not what I thought was the issue, everything went just fine. I moved to the Treasure Coast a little over 3 years ago and have had a difficult time finding good dealerships for my Ford and Lincoln vehicles and now I have both...Wallace Lincoln and Sunrise Ford right next door.

Again, we were extremely pleased with the courteous welcome we received from William. He is consistent with his explanations of a possible cause of the issue, as well as his professionalism and sincerity. The auto was checked, resulting in exactly as he had described the cause The auto was then cleaned to perfection. We will continue to enjoy this auto.

I'm having the 2015 Lincoln MKZ leased vehicle serviced at Wallace Lincoln, and am not at all happy with the diagnostic result to date. A representative from Lincoln Client named Carlos called me yesterday to give me an update on my vehicle diagnosis and basically just related to me what the dealer said, that: "two of my main complaints are not found per their recent test." 1st is a black spot on the LCD screen, while the other major one is the scratchy metal noise of breaks. Sorry, but both of these parts should be replaced as are real experienced issues, and I would not have bothered to have my vehicle in service at your dealership if these were not indeed valid problems. Thanks in advance for your service and support!
