An Update for Our Oklahoma Customers
I just wanted to take a moment to let everyone know that our operations in Oklahoma are still up and running!
I know many people assumed that I had completely relocated the business to Florida, but that’s not the case. My team and I have been working hard behind the scenes to ensure our Oklahoma customers continue receiving the service and support they deserve. So far, things have been going well, and we’re continuing to work through a few adjustments as we improve our operations.
I’ll be traveling back and forth to Oklahoma approximately once a month for a few days to check in, oversee operations, and make sure everything continues running smoothly. Although I’m no longer physically there every day, I’m still actively managing and supervising the business.
To maintain our standards of quality and customer service, we may have to turn down certain jobs that fall outside our current team’s capabilities. Our priority is to be transparent with our customers and make sure every job we accept is handled properly.
At the end of the day, our mission remains the same: to get our customers back on the road and keep Oklahoma moving.
