This young man is on a mission!
One we are happy to donate to and support! Hope to see you heading out on the boat that we are proud to store at our Marina since reopening!!

We're half way, 50 percent, almost there. I posted today about Ryon one of our servers. If you ever met him you would instantly like like him. One of the big differences at FK is our staff wait on you, communicate with you, spend time with you. That doesn't always come naturally to everyone. When we hired him 7 years ago, we were told he would always do dishes. We pushed and pulled and helped turn him into our best server. During this time he got his B.s in Marine Science from FGCU. I believe it's mine and Amy biggest responsibility to grow our people. So last year I told Ryon that he needed to move on, spread his wings and fly. Trust me when I tell you he will be very hard to replace but he wants to work at saving the ocean. He applied to graduate school to get his master's and he will start that in a couple weeks. He's had to overcome a lot and being raised by a single mom that did AMAZING but college is expensive. So I need 130 of our community to each give 100 bucks so he can graduate debt free. Well, now I only need 65 people. Some times you just need a victory and Ryon deserves any support you give him. This is a kid who has helped so many over the last 7 years and I'm hoping we reach our goal. Love you all.

GulfStar is the proud host of the VIP section for this event! We have been volunteering with this wonderful organization for over 15 years now! It is such a blessing to be helping those in our community who are elderly or disabled, with emergency repairs and restorations that are badly needed. This is one of the main fundraisers for the year and admission is only a $15 minimum donation at the gate. We do have some VIP seating left, which includes 4 camping style chairs in the VIP area, a private bar and air conditioned potty in a fenced in area. We will also have games and appetizers for our VIP attendees. We only have a few more of these left so you’re if you are interested, please reach out! Hope to see you there!
