Chef Anthon Johnson is Bahamian by heritage, with over twenty years of culinary experience and a French-Caribbean style he describes simply: Caribbean for flavor and spice, French for finesse and elegance.

His cooking earned him a reputation across restaurants, hotels, and yachts, most recently M/Y EMRYS, where he was known for his passion, creativity, and impeccable flavors.

Our charter brokers spent the past two weeks crossing the Mediterranean for MYBA in Sanremo, MEDYS in Nafplion, and EMMYS in Poros.
