🚨🚨 Update 🚨🚨 as of about 1:30 this morning. My computer system is back on line. This is not without a few wrinkles but the good news is we will be back and operational tomorrow morning 3/2..A lot of information has been lost which in turn needs to be reentered manually. What this means is statements will be going out a few days later than usual and things like an up to date account balance or sales history for the past few weeks will be unavailable for the next few days. Please bear with me as I work to restore all this information as it will be a tedious and time consuming process. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

🚨🚨 Urgent 🚨 🚨Due to a catastrophic computer system failure I was forced to close the store this morning. 2/28. (Hopefully only for today 🤞) I’m currently working with both Napa and Dell to get this resolved as fast as possible. As of this morning all quarantines have been completed. Everyone is healthy and We are thankfully back to being fully operational!

Update! Please Share!

First of all let me say that We consider ourselves incredibly lucky to have escaped any lost time incidents during this pandemic. We have all remained healthy and have continued to operate at full capacity. And while we are all still healthy, this latest surge has created some scheduling issues and will leave us very short staffed for the coming week. With that being said I have made the difficult decision to cut our hours for the coming week. 11/22-11/27

Naturally We will be closed Thursday for the holiday but the rest of the week we will be open only in the mornings from 7-12pm.

My hope is This will allow us to service any customers that rely on our doors being open but also take some of the strain off my extremely short handed crew this week.

I appreciate your understanding and will do whatever I can to accommodate our customers this week.

*UPDATE* We are resuming our normal operating hours as of Friday. Please understand that while our hours have gone back to normal it will not be business as usual in the store.

-No more than 5 customers in the store
-Distancing guidelines remain in place
-Quick Visits are a MUST. Please call ahead whenever possible and limit your browsing.

***UPDATE*** PLEASE SHARE ***

First and foremost let me take a moment to publicly thank our staff for the excellent job they have always done and most importantly continue to do in spite of these troubling times.

Secondly thank you to our patrons for your patience and understanding as we navigate the struggles associated with this pandemic.

Effective immediately our Saturday hours will be 7-12PM. Our distribution center has decreased their operating hours and we will no longer be receiving freight on Friday. Also the cutoff time for overnight orders as been changed to 4PM

Based on our square footage We are now limited to 5 customers at a time. Because of this and for the safety of our staff WE CAN NO LONGER ALLOW LOITERING OF ANY KIND and we ask that you please call in your part orders ahead of time as much as possible. If you do find yourself needing to come in the store please DO NOT come in groups of 2 or 3. ONE CUSTOMER PER VEHICLE. It is difficult to maintain the 6 foot distance guidelines in our already cramped lobby and therefore it is imperative that we keep foot traffic to a minimum.

In these uncertain times we felt it necessary to create this page in hopes of keeping our customers and community informed in regards to our day to day operations.

We continue to disinfect surfaces regularly and are committed to keeping our staff and our patrons as healthy and safe as possible.

Traditionally, our lobby has been a gathering place and we have always embraced the friendship and joking that make this such a special place. Unfortunately We can no longer allow loitering of any kind and while we are still currently accepting walk-in traffic we ask that you keep your distance from one another AND our staff. We have laid out safe distances on the floor but would encourage you to phone in your order beforehand. We are more than happy to bring your purchase out to you in the parking lot or leave things right by the door for you.

Lastly while we greatly appreciate your patronage, the governor has deemed our business as “essential” and therefore please keep your business with us in the coming weeks as “essential” as possible. We will be more than happy to let you browse around and/or sell you any discretionary items in a few weeks when hopefully we can resume a more normalized standard of service.

This is a rapidly changing situation and we encourage you to check back here for any additional changes to store policy or operating hours.

We appreciate all of you and are confident we can all get through these trying times together.
